As an Account Manager, you will have full managerial responsibility of a portfolio of German SME clients, with a clear focus on portfolio growth and long-term account retention strategy.

You will identify client needs with products and services, and sell appropriate value components to create greater customer engagement.

Proactively managing an effective pipeline, you will identify and prioritize opportunities to achieve and exceed profitable growth targets.

Ensuring premium value is delivered aligned with client's goals, you will deliver a positive customer experience and achieve customer advocacy.

We're looking for someone who is proficient or bilingual in German plus advanced English, with a background working for/in the German Market.

You should be self-driven and results-oriented, with a positive outlook and a clear focus on achieving and exceeding targets and goals.

A challenger mindset with the ability to think creatively to identify new business opportunities is essential.

You should be a natural forward planner who is highly organized and has the ability to manage multiple customers at different stages of the sales process.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently with senior executives, are required.

You should be able to quickly gain an in-depth understanding of each client's needs to drive results and identify new business opportunities.

Strong negotiation skills and consultative sales skills are also essential.
