Global Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative at SD Worx, you will play a crucial role in driving international growth and expanding our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success story of our international business.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Mapping: Analyze and map existing customers within local markets to uncover international growth potential.
- Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers in the international payroll and HR sectors, detecting and understanding their requirements, and proposing the best-fitting SD Worx solution.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and qualify leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring efficient nurturing and generating sales-ready opportunities for the sales team.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales development and lead generation, preferably in B2B sales environments, such as HR, payroll, or SaaS sales.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with potential customers and articulate value propositions clearly.
- CMS Proficiency: Experience with customer relationship management software (Salesforce) to manage leads, sales activities, and reporting.
