Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Development Representative to drive business development efforts in the UK hospitality market. This is an exciting opportunity to join RateGain, a leading provider of SaaS-based solutions for the hospitality industry.

About the Role:

As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy for our UK hospitality portfolio. Your primary focus will be on selling our SaaS-based solutions to individual hotels or small hotel groups. You will generate leads through daily cold calls, social media, industry contacts, and other online platforms. Your goal will be to build a healthy sales pipeline and constantly feed it with new opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have strong Tech Sales experience, preferably in the SaaS Travel Industry. They must have a proven track record of over-quota performance against assigned company goals. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the UK hospitality market

* Generate leads through daily cold calls, social media, industry contacts, and other online platforms

* Build a healthy sales pipeline and constantly feed it with new opportunities

* Achieve assigned sales targets

* Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations at market visits

* Participate in events & fairs

* Coordinate with different departments for smooth handover & onboarding of new customers signed
