About the role: As a Senior Business Development Representative in our International Health Insurance sales team based in Malaga, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and establishing strong relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Present market-leading insurance products and services to potential clients, showcasing their benefits and features.
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of product offerings, specifications, and benefits.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and needs, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Direct prospects and leads to the sales team, ensuring seamless handovers.
Requirements and qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar customer service-oriented or sales role, preferably with a telesales background.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A patient and friendly personality, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
  • The ability to learn about products and services specifications and benefits.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around €35,000-€50,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. This figure is inclusive of basic salary, plus performance-related bonuses.
