We are seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our team in Málaga, Spain. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in generating leads for sales and identifying new business opportunities.
Job Description
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:
- Generating leads for sales through effective communication and presentation of banking solutions
- Identifying potential customers and conducting lead management using CRM tools
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proficient or bilingual level of French and advanced English language skills
- Good knowledge of IT and storage environments
- Excellent telemarketing and outbound sales skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package, including a gross annual salary of €18,400 up to €48,000 (based on performance), plus a bonus of up to €4,800 per year. You will also enjoy full paid training, career development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
