Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Personalbüro U. Herrmann. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients and partners, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving business growth.

About the Role

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is around 60,000 euros per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including relocation cost reimbursement for candidates from abroad, sponsored meals, and a stimulating work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners to identify new sales opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Create and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue goals.
  • Work closely with the sales team to share best practices and improve overall sales performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking.
  • Prepare and present commercial and technical service proposals to clients and partners.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

A solid sales background and previous experience in sales B2B.Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.A high level of achievement and goal orientation, with a motivation to succeed and a self-starter attitude.Proficiency or bilingualism in Dutch with advanced English level.Previous experience working with channel.
