**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Representative to join our team at Recruitment Direct in Barcelona. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our trade partners, driving sales growth, and managing stock levels.

**Responsibilities**

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with retail partners weekly to ensure they have the right stock and are well informed about new product ranges.
  • Sales Growth: Advise partners on tailored product selections to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with your customers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Stock Management: Conduct stock checks and facilitate timely reorders of sold products.

  • Customer-Focused: Strong in providing excellent service with the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Organized & Efficient: Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing time effectively.

**Qualifications**

Possess a third level qualification (i.e., degree) and a valid driver's license. Fluency in English and Greek, plus ONE of the following languages: Dutch, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, or Norwegian.

**Benefits**

This full-time, office-based position offers relocation support, a profit share bonus, pension plan, extra holidays, staff discounts, and the option to participate in our Share Save scheme. The estimated salary for this role is €32,000 per year.
