About the Role

Soc Prime Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cybersecurity Sales Development Representative to join our team in Poland or Spain.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads and building relationships with prospects to find new potential sales outlets. You will develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers and opportunities that ensure lead quality and quantity while qualifying and prioritizing inbound leads.

You will research target accounts and industries to understand their cybersecurity challenges and needs better. Collaborating with the sales team, you will develop and execute account-based sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

We use CRM software tools to track leads, opportunities, and activities. To engage with prospects and generate more calls, you will utilize Slack, Intercom, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator effectively.

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR, preferably in a growth stage startup or a cyber security company. A creative problem-solving approach, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to self-motivate are essential for this role.
