Job Description

At Cross Border Talents, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in a Customer Lifecycle Manager role.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to take their sales career to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in B2B sales, with a proven ability to build relationships and drive revenue growth.

About the Role

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales account management experience.
  • English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • A salary of €28,770 per year, plus a bonus of up to €4,000.
  • Ticket Restaurant benefits, worth €880 per year.
  • A flight allowance of up to €500 per year, plus assistance with finding accommodation.
Working Arrangements

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 17:30, and Friday from 09:00 to 16:30.
