We are seeking a Customer Success Lead to join our team at Recruitment Room in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire. The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be accountable for a dedicated portfolio of sellers and responsible for upselling our different solutions, including Shipping, Pay, and Marketplace. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to understand and analyze learning and development needs, and experience working in an entrepreneurial or high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become the first point of contact with customers and ensure their experience is enjoyable.
  • Be accountable for a dedicated seller portfolio.
  • Upsell our different solutions: Shipping, Pay, and Marketplace.
  • Reply within the required response time and qualitatively to the sellers on our CRM (at least 40 tickets per day).
  • Hold bi-weekly webinars.

Requirements:

  • 4 years' of experience in account management or customer success.
  • Fluency in both English and French is an advantageous qualification.
  • Strong analytical skills - ability to understand and analyze learning and development needs.
  • Ability to identify business challenges and turn them into learning and development solutions.
  • Proven program management skills and experience.
  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial or high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal with the ability to liaise confidently with clients.
