Enterprise Customer Success Manager Lead

Role Overview
The Enterprise Client Success team is critical to the success of Product School. As a Lead Customer Success Manager, you will play a vital role in helping to retain and grow enterprise accounts through high-touch engagement delivery, planning, and partnership.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a world-class client experience by providing white-glove support, including clear and timely communication, effective planning, tracking, and management of all delivery logistics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across the Product School organization to meet deadlines and quality expectations, ensuring no gaps in client experience.
- Solve problems proactively and anticipate client needs to ensure an excellent experience for all customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, senior customer success, strategic partnerships, and/or professional training support.
- Effective and concise communication skills, with strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- A bias for action, with the ability to effectively triage and think on your feet to problem solve.
- Great interpersonal skills, relationship building skills, and the ability to empathize with customers and end users while also understanding when to say 'no'.
- Organized with outstanding project and task management skills.
- A strong attention to detail and critical thinking/strategic thinking.
- A team player.
- Fluency in English, both written and oral.
