Cybersecurity Customer Success Manager

Semperis is a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions, and we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in EMEA. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our large enterprise and strategic customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Support Engineers to maximize opportunities for our customers
- Develop and execute programs for ongoing customer development, including health checks, product upgrades, and workshops
- Identify potential customer references and assist with the development of customer case studies
- Maintain an understanding of Semperis technology, products, and services
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in a cybersecurity technical account manager, customer success manager, sales engineer, or related customer-facing role
- 3+ years of experience working with C-level executives, including meetings, high-level presentations, and collaborative discussions
- Aptitude and drive to develop and maintain an essential understanding of Semperis solutions and related Microsoft technologies
- Excellent communication and project management skills
