We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Customer Success Manager to join our growing team at Bugcrowd. As a trusted advisor to our EMEA clients, you'll drive mutual success and growth by leveraging your expertise in cybersecurity solutions and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of Bugcrowd's EMEA clients to drive mutual success and growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to new and existing customers, building champions within customers through demonstrable knowledge of Bugcrowd solutions and industry expertise.
  • Act as an expert resource in Bugcrowd's solutions, educating customers on product capabilities relevant to their unique business cases.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience working with mid-large corporations in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Expertise in project management, product expertise, and consulting.
  • Ability to orchestrate across multiple stakeholders and map out shared goals with customers.
