About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for guiding and advising clients on the best ways to maximize their use of our digital experience optimization solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of customers to ensure their continued success and satisfaction with our solutions
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
  • Work closely with the Sales, Account Management, and technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support
  • Analyze data to identify new areas for optimization and provide recommendations to clients
  • Support clients in creating and implementing tests and personalization campaigns
  • Maximize portfolio expansion while minimizing churn and contraction
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to onboard new clients and provide technical support
Requirements
  • University degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or Marketing
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related digital field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and Italian
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to translate complex data into profitable testing ideas
  • Basic knowledge of CSS and HTML required
  • Javascript a plus
