Cybersecurity Account Manager

About the Role
We protect some of the world's largest and most complex hybrid Active Directory environments. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and we're looking for a skilled professional to join us in this mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Support Engineers to maximize opportunities for our large enterprise and strategic customers.
- Nurture relationships across multiple client accounts and identify gaps in our product and internal operations.
- Design success for a portfolio of enterprise and strategic customers throughout their lifecycle.
- Track and report on customer health and gather insights to feedback to Product Development teams.
- Lead training sessions to ensure that our product meets user needs and monitor recordkeeping to capture relevant customer information.
- Develop and execute programs for ongoing customer development and identify potential customer references.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in a cybersecurity technical account manager, customer success manager, sales engineer, technical support, or related customer-facing role in a Cybersecurity SaaS solutions company.
- 3+ years of experience working with C-level Executives.
- Aptitude and drive to develop and maintain an understanding of Semperis solutions and related Microsoft technologies.
- Ability to understand and explain technical cybersecurity data.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proactive and responsive to changing situations.
