About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Account Manager to join our team at Synack. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Perform technical discovery calls to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Build and expand our enterprise pipeline through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to progress sales efforts and achieve revenue targets.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute industry and partner events.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in junior account management and/or business development in the cybersecurity industry or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of information security principles and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
  • Customer-first mindset and advocacy, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
