Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Account Development Manager to join our team in Spain. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company, Johnson Controls, and contribute to the growth and development of their Sensormatic Solutions business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects/programs across the region, reporting to the Global Account Director. Key responsibilities include detecting business opportunities, developing services for clients, and designing rollout/deployment of solution plans engaging regional sales/operational teams.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in Engineering and experience with standard sales reporting tools (Salesforce, others). You should also have strong presentation and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to engage with different departments of the client at various levels.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer an attractive compensation package, including a salary of €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. You can also enjoy an attractive package of social benefits, such as life and accident insurance, and the possibility of opting for Flexible Remuneration.
