Job Title: Senior Capital Projects Manager - Global Brewery Operations
Description: We seek an experienced Senior Capital Projects Manager to join our team in CEE Molson Coors entities. This role requires up to 40% travel, with significant business trips within the first 6 months and quarterly visits to APAC locations, as well as occasional European travel.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Supply Operations Director EMEA APAC, E&L and will be responsible for creating, managing, and implementing capex masterplans and programs that develop site capabilities and improve operational efficiency while adhering to MCBC safety and quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create site capex masterplans/capital programs aligning with site management and E&L SC Director, Capex program and project planning, budget setting, control, and reporting, and Capital Approval Request preparation.
- Assess engineering and capex requirements for brewery sites for contract, license production, or potential acquisitions.
- Work closely with key stakeholders, procurement lead, and heads of department to ensure project solutions meet expectations and achieve the best mix of price/delivery/quality.
- Project scoping, including equipment specification, performance guarantees, RFQ, and tender preparation.
- Execution/governance of capex projects to MCBC standards, with a major focus on environmental, health, and safety and quality via working closely with E&L and brewery-based teams, procurement lead, and relevant contractors.
- Ensures documentation, change requests, and modifications are followed through, and ultimately delivers project completion within performance, budget, and time frame targets.
For this challenging and rewarding opportunity, you should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in capital projects management, preferably in the brewing industry.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
