**The Role**
We seek an experienced and motivated Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our team and drive the success of our aeronautical projects. As a key member of our team, you will participate in designing, specifying, and developing software for current and future products, as well as collaborating on R+D+i projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
You will be responsible for developing software according to design specifications and participating in the design of software architectures for new SDR platforms. You will have autonomy in implementing functionalities and characteristics of the software system and architecture.
You will work closely with the rest of the team to support product and system design phases, improve development processes, and collaborate with the front-end development team to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, or a relevant field. You should have a solid understanding of languages such as Python or Node.js, experience with database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), and experience developing on Linux-based platforms.
You should also possess at least 2 years of experience in a similar position and be able to demonstrate great communication and collaboration skills, being a great team player. Additionally, you should have advanced English language skills and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
**Estimated Salary:** €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience
