To support the Sales Retail Team of our Johnson Controls business unit in Spain, we are currently seeking a seasoned professional to excel as a Global Business Development Manager – Sensormatic Solutions.

Sensormatic Solutions empowers retailers to deliver personalized experiences by providing real-time insights into inventory, shoppers, and retail environments. Our innovative solutions help bridge gaps across retail enterprises, ensuring accurate decision-making and seamless operations.

As a member of our Inditex account management team, you will be responsible for coordinating projects and programs across regions, supporting the Global Account Director in identifying business opportunities and developing tailored services for our client.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and deploying solution plans that engage regional sales teams, Tyco operational teams, and technical support centers to deliver standardized global solutions.
  • Coaching and training Tyco subsidiaries and partners on project and account management best practices related to Inditex.
  • Serving as the primary interface between Tyco and Inditex, fostering strong collaboration and consultative sales with multiple stakeholders.
  • Managing program managers to design, execute, and control installations and service optimization SLA plans, setting up KPIs to monitor global operations.
  • Preparing monthly forecasts for different business lines and working closely with Tyco product divisions to develop products based on Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback.

We are looking for an experienced professional with:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Familiarity with standard sales reporting tools (Salesforce, others).
  • The ability to engage with diverse departments at various levels within the client organization, including subsidiaries, franchisees, and main offices.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with experience dealing with large international accounts.
  • Business acumen, including financial analysis capabilities.

Jacksonville-based Johnson Controls offers a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of $80,000-$110,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
