Job Title: Key Account Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Johnson Controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with experience in managing large international accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects and programs across the region, working closely with the Global Account Director.
- Develop and implement solution plans to engage regional sales, operational teams, and Tyco tech support centers.
- Coach and train Tyco subsidiaries and business partners in project and account management practices.
- Act as the primary customer interface between Tyco and Inditex, developing consultative sales with multiple client stakeholders.
- Manage the design, execution, and control of installations and service operational optimization SLA plans.
- Prepare monthly forecasts for business lines and strengthen collaboration with Tyco product divisions to develop products based on Voice of Customer.
Requirements:
- Experience with standard sales reporting tools, such as Salesforce.
- Ability to engage with different departments of the client at various levels, identifying their purchasing decision-making processes and interests.
- Familiarity with technologies and integration, with the ability to create value for the client.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills at all levels.
- Previous experience dealing with large international accounts.
- Business studies with financial analysis capabilities are desirable.
