Role OverviewWe are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Growth Specialist to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team. This is a full-cycle position that will manage the sales process from first contact to contract signature.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full sales process, including research, prospecting, and negotiations with potential clients.
- Present our solution to C-level executives, HR directors, office managers, travel managers, and other stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations with potential clients from discovery to contract signing.
- Forecast sales revenue and provide visibility into your deal pipeline.
- Be an evangelist for our solution and attend fairs and public events as needed.
- You have a native level of Spanish and a good level of English (both written and spoken).
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR.
- You possess an "no excuses" attitude, knowing that your success depends on you and no one else.
- You are not afraid of challenges and are eager to raise the bar every day.
- You actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive uncapped variable compensation and equity in the company.
