Job Description
We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (m/w/d) to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to enhance the sales process and drive growth. Responsibilities include:

  • Researching and prospecting new clients in Portugal
  • Running outbound campaigns via email, phone, and other touchpoints
  • Presenting our solution to various stakeholders (Office Managers, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.)

Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate should have:

  • A native level of Portuguese and good English skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or be a graduate in Business, Management, Marketing, Tourism, or related fields
  • Hunger for challenges and a willingness to continuously improve
  • Proactivity in proposing value-creating solutions
  • Flexibility in working in a fast-changing environment

Estimated Salary
We estimate a competitive salary of approximately €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting top talent.
