Your Role in BizAwayAs a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for making reservations for our clients through our platform and responding to their requests in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for entering customer information into our system, explaining rules and procedures, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Make reservations for clients through our platform
- Respond to client requests via phone, chat, email, and travel requests
- Enter customer information into our system
- Explain rules and procedures to clients
- 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry
- Basic knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre)
- Excellent knowledge of Italian, Spanish, French, Portuguese, or German languages (B2 level)
- Availability to work in shifts with rotation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A seat on a scale-up with skyrocketing growth
