Lonza Ag is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and success in the EMEA region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth, particularly through distributor and agent channels.

Key responsibilities will include leading a high-performing team of distributor sales professionals, developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy for the EMEA region, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within the team.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and team management skills, as well as a strong understanding of the EMEA market and regional business dynamics.

Responsibilities will also include building and maintaining strong relationships with key distributors and agents, developing and executing channel programs to enhance partner engagement and performance, and monitoring and analyzing distributor performance to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to travel within the region as needed.

Fluency in English is required, with other languages an advantage.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a focus on distributor and channel sales
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA market and regional business dynamics
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth, particularly through distributor and agent channels
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency to analyze sales analytics and reporting tools
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed
  • English fluent, other language an advantage
