Job Title: Senior Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating projects and programs across the region, working closely with the Global Account Director to detect business opportunities and develop services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and deploy solution plans engaging regional sales and operational teams, TSP at global and regional levels, and Tyco tech support centers to provide a standard global solution
* Coach and train Tyco subsidiaries and business partners in project and account management practices related to Inditex
* Serve as the primary customer interface between Tyco and Inditex
* Develop consultative sales with multiple client stakeholders
* Act as Program Manager/Project Manager responsible for the design, execution, and control of installations and service and operational optimization SLA plans, setting up KPIs to monitor operations globally

Requirements:

* Experience with standard sales reporting tools (Salesforce, others)
* Ability to engage with different departments of the client at various levels, subsidiaries, and franchisees, identifying their different purchasing decision-making processes and interests
* Familiarity with technologies and integration, and the ability to create value for the client
* Strong presentation and negotiation skills at all levels
* Previous experience dealing with large international accounts
* Business studies with financial analysis capabilities are desirable
* Experience preferred within electronic security
