Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth
- Proven sales experience in a similar industry, with a strong track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
