Job Title: Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating projects and programs across the region, supporting the Global Account Director in detecting business opportunities and developing services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deploy solution plans engaging regional sales/operational teams, TSP at global/regional level, and Tyco tech support centers to provide a standard global solution.
  2. Coach and train Tyco subsidiaries/BP in project/account management practices related to Inditex.
  3. Serve as a primary customer interface between Tyco and Inditex.
  4. Develop consultative sales with multiple client stakeholders.
  5. Program Managers Project Manager responsible for the design, execution, and control of installations and service and operational optimization SLA plans, setting up KPIs to monitor the operations globally.
  6. Prepare monthly forecasts for the different business lines.
  7. Strengthen collaboration with Tyco product divisions to develop products based on VOC.
  8. Define and implement KPIs and operative control processes/workflows to ensure the fulfillment of the global agreements with Inditex by Tyco and BPs worldwide (contract management control).

Requirements:

  1. Experience with standard sales reporting tools (Salesforce, others).
  2. Ability to engage with all different departments of the client at different levels, subsidiaries, and franchisees, identifying their different purchasing decision-making processes and interests.
  3. Familiarity with technologies/integration and the ability to create value for the client.
  4. Strong presentation and negotiation skills at all levels.
  5. Previous experience dealing with large international accounts.
  6. Business studies with financial analysis capabilities are desirable.
  7. Experience preferred within electronic security.
