Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Ptc Group. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts across various engineering sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop strategies to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in engineering services.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery of engineering solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients.
- Stay updated on market trends and competition, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Produce regular performance reports and sales forecasts for management.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Experience as a KAM in engineering services is valuable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Languages: Spanish and English.
- Valuable experience and knowledge: Process area (Line Integration, Automation, Robotics, etc). Continuous improvement processes (Kaizen, Six-sigma, etc). Automotive industry.
