Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating projects and programs across regions, working closely with the Global Account Director to detect business opportunities and develop services for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deploy solution plans engaging regional sales and operational teams, TSP at global and regional levels, and Tyco technical support centers to provide a standard global solution.
- Coach and train Tyco subsidiaries and business partners in project and account management practices related to Inditex.
- Develop consultative sales with multiple client stakeholders, including program managers and project managers responsible for the design, execution, and control of installations and service and operational optimization SLA plans.
- Prepare monthly forecasts for different business lines and strengthen collaboration with Tyco product divisions to develop products based on Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback.
- Define and implement KPIs and operative control processes to ensure the fulfillment of global agreements with Inditex by Tyco and business partners worldwide.
- Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience working with standard sales reporting tools, such as Salesforce.
- Ability to engage with all departments of the client at different levels, identifying their purchasing decision-making processes and interests.
- Familiarity with technologies and integration, with the ability to create value for the client.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills at all levels.
- Previous experience dealing with large international accounts.
- Business studies with financial analysis capabilities desirable.
