Job Title: Director, Head of Indirect Sales and Sales Strategy EMEA

Job Summary:

Lonza is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Head of Indirect Sales and Sales Strategy EMEA to lead our distributor network across the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing and executing regional sales strategies, and ensuring seamless coordination with direct sales teams and various internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the EMEA region, focusing on distributor and agent sales channels.
* Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the region to drive revenue and market share.
* Align regional sales strategy with the global GTM strategy, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
