About the Role: We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our Sales & Marketing area. As a team member, you will work side by side with all roles within the team, responsible for developing the sales of Lifeseeker and other company products in an international context, improving the company's sales results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on defining and executing sales goals and strategy with the CMO.
- Analyze the market and understand the situation and competition.
- Define marketing channels and strategies for company products.
- Sale of products, aligning expected economic goals with defined lines of action.
- Manage current portfolio of clients and partners and open new ones.
- Develop the international market.
- Identify new lines of product development of interest to the company.
- Coordinate with other areas of the company for correct performance of its activity: Product, Operations, Financial.
Requirements:
- University degree, ideally in Telecommunications or Aeronautical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Advanced English skills are a must.
- Knowledge of product sales strategies.
- Knowledge and experience in technology, business, and user experience.
- Experience in the public sector, administration, and government.

- Used to work in a dynamic and flexible environment.
- Autonomy and responsibility.
- Ability to take on new challenges.
