Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Account Development Specialist to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our Sales Retail Team, you will be responsible for coordinating projects/programs across the region and supporting our Global Account Director in detecting business opportunities and developing services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy solution plans engaging regional sales/operational teams, TSP at global/regional level, and Tyco tech support centers to provide a standard global solution.
  • Coach and train Tyco subsidiaries/BP in project/account management practices related to Inditex.
  • Serve as a primary customer interface between Tyco and Inditex, developing consultative sales with many client stakeholders.
  • Act as Program Manager/Project Manager responsible for the design, execution, and control of installations and service and operational optimization SLA plans, setting up KPIs to monitor operations globally.
  • Prepare monthly forecasts for different business lines.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering or relevant field.
  • Experience with standard sales reporting tools (Salesforce, others).
  • The ability to engage with various departments of the client at different levels, identifying their purchasing decision-making processes and interests.
  • Familiarity with technologies/integration and the ability to create value for the client.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills at all levels.
  • Previous experience dealing with large international accounts.
  • Business studies with financial analysis capabilities will be desirable.
  • Experience preferred within electronic security.
Compensation Package

We offer an attractive compensation package according to your qualifications and experience, including a salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your background and performance. You can also enjoy an attractive package of social benefits such as life and accident insurance, and the possibility of opting for Flexible Remuneration.
