We are currently seeking a highly skilled Global Account Development Manager to support the Sales Retail Team of our Johnson Controls business unit in Spain. Located in La Coruña, this role will be responsible for coordinating projects and programs across the region.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will report directly to the Global Account Director and will be responsible for detecting business opportunities and developing services for key clients. This will involve working closely with regional sales and operational teams, as well as Tyco technical support centers, to design and implement solution plans that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and deploy solution plans engaging regional sales/operational teams, TSP at global/regional level, and Tyco tech support centers to provide a standard global solution.
  2. Coach and train Tyco subsidiaries/BP in project/account management practices related to Inditex.
  3. Serve as primary customer interface between Tyco and Indetix.
  4. Develop consultative sales with client stakeholders.
  5. Act as Program Manager/Project Manager responsible for designing, executing, and controlling installations and service operational optimization SLA plans, setting up KPIs to monitor operations globally.
  6. Prepare monthly forecasts for different business lines.
  7. Strengthen collaboration with Tyco product divisions to develop products based on VOC.
  8. Define and implement KPIs and operative control processes/workflows to ensure fulfillment of global agreements with Indetix by Tyco and BPs worldwide (contract management control).
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering.
  • Experience with standard sales reporting tools (Salesforce, others).
  • Ability to engage with various departments of the client at different levels, subsidiaries, and franchisees, identifying their different purchasing decision-making processes and interests.
  • Familiarity with technologies/integration and ability to create value for the client.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills at all levels.
  • Previous experience dealing with large international accounts.
  • Business studies with financial analysis capabilities desirable.
  • Experience preferred within electronic security.
