Sensormatic Solutions, a leading provider of retail solutions, is seeking an experienced Global Account Solutions Manager to join our team in Spain. Our company helps retailers deliver personalized experiences by powering accurate decision-making across the enterprise.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to coordinate projects and programs across the region, reporting to the Global Account Director. Your primary responsibilities will include designing rollout plans, coaching Tyco subsidiaries, and serving as the primary customer interface between Tyco and Inditex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design standard global solution plans engaging regional sales/operational teams, TSP at global/regional level, and Tyco tech support centers.
  • Coach/train Tyco subsidiaries/BP in project/account management practices related to Inditex.
  • Serve as the primary customer interface between Tyco and Inditex.
  • Develop consultative sales with client stakeholders.
  • Act as Program Manager/Project Manager responsible for the design, execution, and control of installations and service operational optimization SLA plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need experience with standard sales reporting tools (Salesforce, others), strong presentation and negotiation skills at all levels, and previous experience dealing with large international accounts. Business studies with financial analysis capabilities are desirable.
