Salary:
We offer an attractive compensation package according to your qualification and experience, including an estimated salary of $85,000-$110,000 per year, based on industry standards for this role in Spain. Job Description:
This Key Account Manager position is part of our Sales Retail Team, supporting our Johnson Controls business unit in Spain. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects across regions, working closely with the Global Account Director to detect business opportunities and develop services for clients. The ideal candidate will have strong presentation and negotiation skills at all levels, experience dealing with large international accounts, and familiarity with technologies and integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement solution plans engaging regional sales/operational teams, TSPs, and Tyco tech support centers.
- Coach and train Tyco subsidiaries/BPs in project/account management practices related to Inditex.
- Develop consultative sales with multiple client stakeholders, identifying their different purchasing decision-making processes and interests.
- Program Managers will be responsible for designing, executing, and controlling installations and service operational optimization SLA plans, setting up KPIs to monitor operations globally.
- Prepare monthly forecasts for various business lines.
- Collaborate with Tyco product divisions to develop products based on VOC.
- Define and implement KPIs and operative control processes/workflows to ensure fulfillment of global agreements with Inditex by Tyco and BPs worldwide (contract management control).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree, Engineering
- Familiarity with standard sales reporting tools (Salesforce, others)
- Ability to engage with different departments of the client at various levels, subsidiaries, and franchisees.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills at all levels.
- Previous experience dealing with large international accounts.
- Business studies with financial analysis capabilities desirable.
- Experience preferred within electronic security.
