Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and contributing to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signature.
- Research and identify new business opportunities in Spain.
- Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns via phone, email, and other channels.
- Present our solution to various stakeholders, including C-level executives, HR directors, and travel managers.
- Lead negotiations with potential clients and close deals.
- A native level of Spanish and a good command of English (both written and spoken).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR.
