Your Role at BizAway

As a Senior Business Development Professional, you will research and prospect for new clients in Portugal, running outbound campaigns via email, phone, and other touchpoints. You will present our solution to various stakeholders, including Office Managers, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.

You will work closely with the Sales Executive and the entire Sales Team in a positive feedback loop. Your tasks will include:

  • Researching and identifying potential clients in Portugal
  • Developing and executing outbound sales strategies
  • Presenting our solution to clients and stakeholders
  • Working collaboratively with the Sales Team to achieve shared goals
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A native level of Portuguese and a good level of English
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field
  • Hunger for challenges and a desire to continuously improve
  • Proactivity in proposing value-creating solutions and taking calculated risks
  • Flexibility in adapting to changing environments and priorities
