">We are seeking a highly skilled Global Customer Experience Representative to join our team in Sevilla. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences for international travelers.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Clarify and resolve customer issues related to services, payments, and technical requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- A C2 level of proficiency in Italian and advanced English language skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
- User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365, CRM Database, and other internal platforms.
- A problem-solving mentality with a solution-driven approach.
- A positive and motivated mindset to handle challenging customer situations.
- Goal-oriented work habits and an open mind to changing priorities and business processes.
- Experience within customer service or contact center environments is highly valued.
