Sales Development Representative Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative with native-level Russian and fluent English to join our team in Sevilla. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound customer calls to promote and sell our service, creating and maintaining databases of customers with complete information, consolidating existing customer bases while building new ones, and ensuring customer follow-up at all times.

Requirements

  • Native level of Russian with fluent English
  • Previous sales experience
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Strong written and oral business communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals as part of a broader team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work independently but within a team environment

Benefits

We offer a full-time position (39 hours/week) with a competitive salary: €21,080 gross/year + up to €3,720 gross/year This is a Hybrid working model in Barcelona allowing flexibility and work-life balance.
