About the Role
The Service and Sales Assistant will be part of a team that supports students in living their best life. This role requires a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proactive approach to sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full sales cycle, using an upbeat and outgoing personality to drive the student experience.
- Manage communication across spaces and with students, completing administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure the smooth operation of spaces throughout the operational calendar and student lifecycle.
- Manage complaints and offer excellent student experiences.
Requirements
- Proactive problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Highly organized with the ability to take on multiple tasks regularly.
- Intermediate skills in using MS Office and online systems/databases.
- Resilience and adaptability, as well as cultural diversity awareness.
