Customer Support Specialist

At Green Eagle Solutions S.L., we are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 24/7 phone and email assistance for troubleshooting and responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Escalate customer requests and incidents when a protocol is not in place to the next level for resolution.
• Monitor and follow up on cases to ensure they are resolved within the agreed-upon Service Level Agreement (SLA) time.
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with our clients to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Experience as a Customer Support/Care Specialist or similar CS role.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Multi-tasking abilities and patience when handling tough cases or customers.
• Customer-oriented skills and the ability to work in a constantly changing and growing context.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written) at a C1 level.
• Availability to work in rotating overnight shifts.
Desired Qualifications:
• A technical degree in IT or engineering or equivalent experience in the administration and troubleshooting of industrial communication protocols, OS management, and databases.
