Job Summary
At Sutherland, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize effective communication skills to resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
• Ensure customer expectations are met and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Meet predetermined targets and represent the client in a professional manner.
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience as a Technical Support Representative.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• English language proficiency.
