Job Description
We are searching for a High-End Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our customer care team, providing advisory and support services to international premium clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent verbal and written knowledge of US English at native level, with additional languages being a plus. You should also have first-hand experience in customer care or a related industry, along with proficiency in using computer software, particularly MS-Office. Experience with ticketing systems is highly desirable.

Work Environment
