Product Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
As a Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to Solera customers. This includes troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Solera software, providing advice and expert knowledge over phone, email, chat, and web channels.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 1-2 years' experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a contact centre. Experience of working in a technical or software support capacity would be ideal. You will also need to have strong analytical and questioning skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with customers at various levels of a business.
