Job Title: User Support Specialist
About the Role:
European Satellite Services Provider is seeking a skilled User Support Specialist to join our team. As a User Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our users, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage user registrations and troubleshoot issues
• Develop and maintain helpdesk documentation and procedures
• Collaborate with the IT department to administer and evolve the EGNOS Helpdesk ticketing tool
• Elaborate and publish monthly performance reports
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously
• Proficiency in helpdesk/service desk services and ticketing tools management
• Experience in user interfaces and reporting
• Good knowledge of GNSS and EGNOS services and applications
• Language: English (C1) – CEFR and Spanish (desirable)
• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Experience of at least 1 year in the satellite navigation domain or relevant application market segment
