About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to provide support to our customers in Seville. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for:
• Supporting the organization of meetings and events with customers
• Managing training records and planning Training Center activities
• Scheduling and assisting customers with their needs
• Monitoring budgets and invoices
• Providing support to visits and events as requested
• Managing welcome kit materials
• Organizing courses and meeting rooms
• Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Advanced user skills in Microsoft Office, with Visual Basic knowledge being an asset
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in Portuguese, French, or Italian
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong teamwork and customer-focused attitude
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a similar environment
