Customer Service Excellence Specialist

Corteva Agriscience is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and support to its customers. As a Sales Admin Representative, you will play a critical role in achieving this goal.
Job DescriptionThe Sales Admin Representative provides proactive customer service and support by navigating and diagnosing customer needs. You will interact with customers and liaise with multiple business partners to deliver exceptional service and contribute to Corteva's business success.
Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Handles routine and non-routine customer order activities, including managing customer demand, following up on samples, complex order entry, and guiding the order process using work processes, business strategy, and best practices to ensure high-quality service.
- Reporting, Metrics, Audits: Supports sales and overall business by providing customer, sales, invoice accuracy, customer complaints, speed-of-resolution metrics; regularly obtains customer feedback to continuously improve service delivery.

Requirements- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in inside sales and/or customer service (internal or external)
- Skills and Qualifications: Business proficiency in English, Portuguese fluency is highly valued, PC skills: demonstrated ability to work with MS Office and MS Outlook, strong experience working with SAP, excellent communication and negotiation skills
