Job Overview: We're seeking an experienced Swedish-speaking customer service representative to join our travel industry team in Sevilla. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to international travelers and accommodation suppliers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Listen attentively to customer inquiries and respond promptly to resolve issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by identifying and addressing customer needs effectively.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide accurate information and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate fluency in Swedish (C2 level) and excellent communication skills in English.
- Possess problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Familiarity with customer-facing software and platforms, such as Office 365 and CRM databases.
