Travel Industry Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an empathetic and problem-solving individual to join our team as a Travel Industry Customer Service Representative. As a customer support advisor, you will be responsible for understanding and addressing customer needs, ensuring a high level of service at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with international travelers and accommodation suppliers via email and phone
- Clarify inquiries about services, payment, and technical requirements
- Provide accurate information and follow set processes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Norwegian native language skills and advanced English proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database
- A problem-solving mentality and solution-driven approach
- A positive, motivated mindset to handle challenging customer situations
- Goal-oriented work approach and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business processes
We offer a competitive salary, with an estimated annual salary range of $**50,000 - $60,000**, depending on experience. Additionally, you can enjoy:
- 39 hours of work per week, with fixed working hours and 2 days off per week
- A full-time contract (Monday to Sunday) with opportunities for advancement
- Holidays: 27 working days of holidays/year
- Additional benefits, including free private health insurance, flexible remuneration in nursery school transport, and a multicultural working environment
- 3 weeks of initial training and continued personal coaching
